Target audience
◆40 to 74 years old Those who are enrolled in the Shinjuku City National Health Insurance or are receiving public assistance, etc.
◆ 75 years old or older Those who are enrolled in the Tokyo Medical Care System for the Advanced Elderly or are receiving public assistance, etc.

About provision of specific health checkup information by online qualification confirmation system
