Handing out health handbooks

For those over the age of 35, we distribute a "Health Handbook" in which you can record your health checkups and health education, as well as the results of your health checkups.
If you would like to apply, please apply at the nearest ward office, Health and Welfare Center, Otoshiyori Health and Welfare Center, or at the Health Promotion Section Adult Health Examination Section (counter number 21 on the 3rd floor of the South Building of the Ward Office).
