Please consult a medical institution.
A list of medical institutions can be found on the website of the Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health, Tokyo Metropolitan Government . You can also contact us by phone ( 03-6630-3710 , 03-6636-8900 ).

After the medical institution submits an outbreak report to the public health center, the public health center will contact the person in question by SMS or phone. Please recuperate according to the contact from the public health center.

Those who do not fall under 1 to 4 above

Please register at the Tokyo Positive Registration Center . The center doctor will make a positive diagnosis.

After registering with the positive person registration center

There is no individual contact from the public health center. Please monitor your own health.

If you register with the positive person registration center, you can receive the following services

• Health observation with MY HER-SYS
• Delivery of groceries and pulse oximeters
• Recuperation at an accommodation facility (hotel), etc. in Tokyo

If you would like to receive support, please apply to each counter by yourself.
