Influenza is transmitted by inhaling the virus that is released into the respiratory tract, such as the nasal cavity and trachea, when a person with influenza coughs, sneezes, or spit.

Prevention points

Prevention 1. Cough etiquette

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you sneeze or cough. Throw used tissues in the trash and wash your hands thoroughly.
  • Wear a mask when you cough or sneeze.

Prevention 2. Hand washing

Washing your hands regularly is the basis of infection prevention.
Always wash your hands after using the toilet and before cooking or eating.

Prevention 3. Vaccination

We perform for the purpose of prevention of aggravation.
Influenza vaccines are effective in about two weeks and remain effective for about five months.
It is recommended to be vaccinated before the epidemic. (From October to February of the following year)
