1. Person who receives child rearing allowance for April, 2022 [no application required]

  • No application procedure is required.
  • It also applies to "caregivers" as defined in the Child Rearing Allowance Act.

(1) Payment of benefits

A notice was sent from Nakano Ward on Friday, June 10, 2020. On June 28 (Tuesday), we transferred the child rearing allowance to the receiving account.
After this transfer, we will send a separate notification to those who are newly eligible for payment.

(2) Those who have canceled or changed the child rearing allowance designated account

Please use one of the following methods to change the designated transfer account.
If you have received a notice from Nakano Ward, please submit it by mail by the submission deadline (must arrive) stated in the notice.

ⅰWhen changing the designated bank account for this benefit: Please submit the following three documents by mail.

  1. Notification form for registration of payment account for child-rearing household life support special benefits (for single-parent households) for low-income child-raising households
  2. A copy of a document that can confirm the receiving account (copy)
    *Please prepare a copy of the part where the name of the financial institution, account number, and account holder of the receiving account can be confirmed, such as a copy of your passbook or cash card.
  3. A copy of the identity verification document of the submitter
    *Please prepare a copy of any of the applicant's driver's license, health insurance card, My Number card (front), pension book, nursing care insurance card, passport, etc. In addition, please mask the insurance information (insurer number, insurer name, symbol, number, etc.) on the health insurance card.
