After September 26, 2022, the number of patients who are subject to notification of new coronavirus infections has been limited.

If any one of the following ① to ④ is applicable, the medical institution will notify the public health center.

① Those aged 65 and over ② Those who require hospitalization ③ Those who are at risk of becoming seriously ill and need new corona treatment drugs or oxygen administration ④ Pregnant women

*Hospitalization, risk of aggravation, and treatment are at the discretion of the doctor.

Persons subject to notification

Information is sent via short message service (SMS).

・After a medical institution submits a new coronavirus infection notification to the public health center, we use SMS and WEB forms for epidemiological surveys based on Article 15 of the Infectious Diseases Control Law.

・An SMS will be sent from "0032-06-9361 (0032069361)" to those using NTT Docomo, au, and Rakuten Mobile, and "0032-06-9000 (0032069000)" to those using Softbank. .

・This email is for sending only and cannot be replied to.

Regarding calls from public health centers (as of 9/26/2022)

・When the infection spreads, the public health center will not contact you by phone, except when hospitalization is recommended.

・Based on the information you have entered in the WEB form linked to the SMS, we will provide necessary supplies and guide you on how to monitor your health.

Those who are not subject to notification (if you do not fall under ① to ④ or if you self-test with an antigen test kit and it is positive)

The public health center will not contact the patient, so please manage it yourself.

* If a doctor diagnoses (confirms) that you are a positive person, subsequent treatment will be covered by public funds.

・If you are receiving treatment at home and have registered in advance with the Positive Patient Registration Center, you will be eligible for public expenses by presenting the result notification email, etc.

・If you are recuperating at home and have not registered with the positive person registration center, please present a test kit (including photos, etc.) that was positive when you visited a medical institution (online medical treatment, home visit, etc.). And it is also subject to public funding.

About hospitalization

About Hotel Recuperation

・There is no cost burden for hotel medical treatment.
