After completing your reservation, please be sure to check your reservation status.

① Log in by entering the vaccination ticket number and password on the login screen

  ③ Check if the reservation information is listed

*If the reservation is complete, the venue and date will be indicated in the red circle.

* To change your reservation, please follow the procedure from "Reserve/Change" above the red circle, and to cancel your reservation, please follow the procedure from "Cancel Reservation".

*The screen above is for the 1st and 2nd vaccinations.
