What is visit collection?
For the elderly, people with disabilities, and other people who find it difficult to bring their garbage and resources to the collection point, our staff will come to your doorstep to reduce the burden on you and help you live at home. We will collect garbage. In addition, for those who wish, we are "calling out" for the purpose of confirming their safety.
Application for visit collection
Eligible households
In the following cases 1 and 2, where it is difficult to take the garbage to the collection site by yourself, such as requiring assistance in part of daily life due to mental and physical deterioration, illness, etc., home-visit nursing care, relatives, volunteers, and neighbors This applies to households that cannot obtain the cooperation of other people.
- Households consisting only of those who are certified as needing long-term care or need support under the Long-Term Care Insurance Act
- Households consisting only of those who have received a certificate of the physically disabled (limited to 1st or 2nd grade)

Please apply to the cleaning office by phone or fax.
Procedures to start collection
- A staff member will visit you and confirm the contents of your application and where to dispose of your garbage.
- After the decision is made, we will inform you of the collection start date.
We also carry out and collect oversized garbage.
For those who find it difficult to take oversized garbage outside, such as the elderly and people with disabilities, the cleaning office collects it from indoors.
The object is households composed of elderly people over 65 years old or people with disabilities, etc., who find it difficult to take oversized garbage outside by themselves. However, this is limited to households that cannot obtain the cooperation of home-visit nursing care, relatives, volunteers, neighbors, etc.
