Target audience

1. 65 years of age or older

As of December 31, 2022, those who are 65 years old or older are eligible. 64-year-olds can be vaccinated from the day before their 65th birthday.

In late September, we will send out vaccination questionnaires, etc.

Those who have moved into Setagaya Ward by September 30th (Friday) will receive an additional shipment in early October, but those who have moved to Setagaya Ward after October 1st will need to apply individually.

You can also receive vaccinations at designated medical institutions in each of the above wards and cities using the Setagaya Ward Vaccination Pre-examination Sheet.

Please contact the public health center, ward office, or city office where the medical institution is located to find out if the medical institution you wish to receive the vaccination is a designated medical institution.

Inoculation method (Inoculation is not compulsory.)

Please fill in the necessary information on the vaccination screening form and bring it to the designated medical institution.

Subsidies for expenses other than designated medical institutions

If you cannot get vaccinated at a designated medical institution, you can get vaccinated at a non-designated medical institution for the following reasons. Please carefully read the "Application for Elderly Influenza Vaccination Request Form" that will be sent to you with the vaccination screening form, and complete the online application (electronic application) or the Setagaya Public Health Center infectious disease countermeasures at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date of vaccination. What is Influenza
