The Minato Ward Infertility Dial is operated by Minato Ward on consignment to Fine, a specified non-profit organization.

Consultation target

The following people who live or work in Minato Ward are eligible.

• Those who suffer from infertility or infertility (men and women, couples, couples)
• Those who are worried about whether to receive infertility treatment
• Those undergoing infertility treatment
• Those who have had a miscarriage, premature birth, or stillbirth
• Those who are worried about stopping fertility treatment

Consultation method

You can use the online tool (Zoom) to consult over the phone or in person. The consultation fee is free, and the communication charges related to the consultation are borne by the consultant.

telephone consultation

Using the online tool Zoom, the consultation will be conducted with audio only (video off). You can consult only by voice without showing your face in the same way as on the phone.

• Every Saturday (10:00am-2:00pm)

We are also open on days that fall on national holidays. Closed during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd).

2. Telephone consultation is accepted at any time. Advance reservations are not required.

Interview consultation

Using the online tool Zoom, I will show my face with the video ON and conduct a consultation. Face-to-face consultation with the consultant in the same way as face-to-face. Interview consultations are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance .

Opening hours

We will open three times a month and carry out with a 45-minute reservation frame.

Open on days that fall on public holidays. Closed during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd).

2nd and 4th Wednesdays
