At the general welfare counter, we have a one-stop system that accepts all welfare consultations, a consultation system that incorporates the discovery and support of potential issues through home-visit consultations, team support, and support through remote consultations.
Points in the consultation system
- Point 1: All welfare consultations are available at a single point of contact.
- Point 2: Strengthen consultations through home visits, discover problems that are not noticed by the consulter or family members, and support the entire household.
- Point 3: If the problem spans multiple fields, we will cooperate with specialized staff and welfare-related organizations, etc., and provide support as a team.
- Point 4: Children and Family Support Center, Minato Ward Home Care Consultation Center, Minato Ward Council of Social Welfare, Life and Employment Support Center, etc. will provide support through remote consultation.

With the establishment of the General Welfare Counter, we are accepting online reservations for welfare-related consultations and procedures in order to alleviate congestion at the Citizens Section Health and Welfare Section and the Life Welfare Section.
