About the Tokyo Positive Registration Center

The Tokyo metropolitan government has established the Tokyo Positive Person Registration Center in order to reduce the concentration of people seeking medical care and testing at medical institutions. Target person was changed in response to object of report of outbreak being limited from September 26, 2022.

Applications are accepted as follows for those who are not subject to notification of outbreak notification .

  • Those who are found to be suspected to be positive by tests such as antigen qualitative test kits at home apply online, and if the results of the doctor's diagnosis based on the information are positive, they will be registered at the center.
  • Those who have been diagnosed positive at a medical institution and wish to receive support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will apply online and register as a positive person at the center.

Overview of the Tokyo Positive Person Registration Center

After registration, you will be able to receive support for health observation using MyHER-SYS, delivery of food and pulse oximeters, and recuperation at accommodation facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition, we do not submit report of occurrence. Also, I do not prescribe medication.

Target audience

Those who meet both 1 and 2 and fall under 3 or 4

  1. Residents of Tokyo (including long-term residents)
  2. Those who are not subject to notification of outbreaks at medical institutions (those under the age of 65, those who are not pregnant, those who do not require hospitalization, those who do not require corona treatment drugs or oxygen administration)
  3. Those who are suspected to be positive in the results of testing with an antigen qualitative test kit, etc. (Note 1) at home or at an institution registered for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's free PCR test (Note 2).
  4. Those who have been diagnosed positive at a medical institution

Note 1: Limited to those approved by the government as in-vitro diagnostics. You can check the approval information of the test kit on the website of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Research kits cannot be registered.
