Those who meet all of the following requirements are eligible.
(1) Living in Tokyo. (Limited to those who are in Tokyo at the time of online medical treatment.)
(2) be between the ages of 13 and 64; (Those with underlying diseases and those who are pregnant are not eligible.)
(3) Self-testing with a new coronavirus test kit.
(4) Suspected new coronavirus infection such as fever, influenza, etc.

*Test kits are limited to those approved by the government as in-vitro diagnostic drugs or over-the-counter drugs.

*Those who are at high risk of becoming seriously ill (those aged 65 or over, those with underlying medical conditions, those who are pregnant, etc.) should visit their family doctor or fever outpatient clinic. For children under elementary school age , please consult your family doctor or local pediatrician.

Precautions when using

1. Consultation hours The consultation hours of the Tokyo Temporary Online Fever Medical Center are as follows.
Hours 9:00 to 24:00 (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
*Reception hours will be extended to 24 hours during the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3).

2. Expenses When using the medical center, you will have to pay your own expenses in the same way as when you visit a regular medical institution.
Please understand that the amount will vary depending on the contents of the consultation and the copayment rate of health insurance.

3. Where to consult for those who have already received a confirmed positive diagnosis If you have already received a confirmed positive diagnosis and want to seek medical care, the consultation destination will differ depending on the method of the confirmed diagnosis.
If you have received a definitive diagnosis at a medical institution, please consult with the medical institution where you received the diagnosis.
