Tokyo Metropolitan Nursing Staff Community Securing Support Project (Nursing Reinstatement Support Training)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides nursing staff who wish to return to work with training to support their return to work and employment consultations according to their experience and skills.
This project is outsourced to the Tokyo Nursing Association and conducted at the Tokyo Nurse Plaza (excluding training at the Tokyo Metropolitan Nursing College).
[Eligibility] Persons who meet all of the following requirements (1) Persons who are qualified as public health nurses, midwives, nurses, or assistant nurses (2) Persons who are separated from work and have not yet decided where to work ( 3) Those who wish to work in Tokyo

It will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Nursing Staff Regional Employment Support Facility, which is the base for securing nursing staff in the area designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Based on the standard program created by the Tokyo metropolitan government, lectures, hands-on practice, ward and facility training, etc. will be conducted in each course of training at hospitals, clinics, home-visit nursing stations, and long-term care health facilities.

The training will be held in mock wards and training rooms of the Tokyo Metropolitan College of Nursing.
It is possible for students to re-acquire nursing techniques using equipment used in practical training, and to learn the latest trends in nursing from active nursing teachers.
