The Tokyo Nursing Teacher Training Program was established in 1971 to develop highly qualified nursing teachers who can meet the needs of Tokyo residents. It plays an active role as the center of activities. Based on the educational contents of the regulations for designation of nursing school training institutes revised from 2009, with the cooperation of excellent professors and educational institutions in Tokyo, high-quality educational contents and effective curriculum We are training teachers.

"Long-term training"
1. Purpose
The aim is to contribute to the improvement of nursing education in Tokyo by conducting training for those involved in the training of nursing staff to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills as a nursing teacher.
2 Training location
Tokyo Metropolitan Social Welfare, Health and Medical Training Center (4-1-6 Kohinata, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo)
3 Eligibility
Those who meet both of the following conditions and wish to become nursing teachers (persons involved in the training of nursing education and training instructors) at facilities in Tokyo after completing this training in principle Nurses or public health nurses and midwives with nurse licenses And correspond to the following 1 or 2.
(1) Persons who have worked as a public health nurse, midwife or nurse for 5 years or longer
(2) A person who has worked as a public health nurse, midwife, or nurse for at least 3 years, and who has completed education-related subjects (4 credits) at a university and graduated, or who has completed education-related subjects (4 credits) at a graduate school. (*Work experience of 3 years or more is the same as the above *5 years or more of work calculation)
