Target medical institution

Medical institutions in Tokyo that satisfy any of the following (However, medical institutions that have acquired regional medical system security additions through medical fees are excluded.)

1 A medical institution with a special role in regional medical care, with a record of 1,000 or more and less than 2,000 cases of transportation by emergency car or emergency medical helicopter per year.
2 Medical institutions that meet any of the following among medical institutions with less than 1,000 cases of transportation by emergency car or emergency medical helicopter per year as a track record related to emergency medical care
(1) A medical institution with a special role in regional medical care, with more than 500 hospitalizations per year at night, on holidays, and after hours.
(2) Medical institutions with special reasons, such as remote islands, remote areas, etc., where there are no other medical institutions capable of providing emergency services in the same medical area.
3 Medical institutions that are necessary to secure regional medical care and that meet any of the following criteria:
(1) When providing medical care with strong public nature and uncertainty, such as perinatal care, pediatric emergency care, psychiatric emergency care, etc.
(2) Medical institutions that provide acute medical care for cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and myocardial infarction and have a certain track record and role, and provide important medical care for 5 diseases and 5 businesses.

2021 performance report
