Overview of the first inoculation (1st and 2nd inoculations)

The City provides the first vaccination for those aged 12 and over.

For an overview of the first vaccination such as who is eligible for vaccination, vaccination costs, and vaccines to be used, please refer to "Outline of the first vaccination (1st and 2nd vaccination) ".

About inoculation without reservation of the first inoculation

Pfizer Vaccine (conventional) will be administered without appointment.

In the city, we will implement "vaccination without reservation" that anyone, including Bunkyo residents and people outside of Bunkyo, can be vaccinated without reservation.

Inoculation target person

Those who meet all of the following requirements 1 to 3 can be vaccinated.

  1. Anyone (residents of Bunkyo Ward, people outside of Bunkyo Ward)
  2. 12 years old or older on the date of vaccination
  3. Those who have not been vaccinated for the first or second time of the new coronavirus vaccine

Precautions for inoculation without reservation

  • We do not carry out bivalent vaccination against Omicron strains, pediatric vaccination, or infant vaccination without appointment .
  • If there are many visitors, you may have to wait.
  • There is a limit to the number of vaccinations per day (30 frames), so it may end early.
  • If you do not have the vaccination ticket, you may be refused vaccination.
  • If you are outside of Bunkyo Ward, you do not need to apply for an address outside of your area.
  • Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

  • There is no parking lot at the venue. Please use the public transportation.

  • Please refrain from direct inquiries to the venue.

  • Reservations for vaccinations can be made through the reservation site or call center.
  • There is no parking lot for exclusive use of the mass vaccination venue. Please come on foot or by public transportation. Please do not park on the street around the venue as it will cause inconvenience to facility users and neighbors.
  • As a general rule, the second vaccination date is three weeks after the first vaccination date.

Initial vaccination with Moderna vaccine and Takeda vaccine (Novavacs)

Pfizer vaccine is used for the first vaccination (1st and 2nd vaccination).

Therefore, if you wish to receive the first vaccination with Moderna vaccine or Takeda vaccine (Novavacs), please consider inoculating at the following vaccination venues.

Regarding the phone reservation for the new coronavirus vaccine, there is a mistake in dialing the phone number. When calling the call center, please check the number carefully to avoid dialing the wrong number.
