(explanatory note) It is necessary for five months or more to pass from the completion of the third inoculation to receive the fourth inoculation.

Vaccination tickets will be sent to those who fall under the following categories, so no application is required.

• Those who have a physical disability certificate and have heart, respiratory, kidney, or liver dysfunction (as of April 22, 2022)
• Those who have a notebook of love (as of March 31, 2022)
• Those who have a mental disability health welfare notebook (as of March 31, 2022)
• Those who have a self-reliance support medical recipient certificate (mental hospital) and fall under "severe and continuous" (as of March 31, 2022)

(Explanatory Note) Regarding “severe and continuous”, it is described in the “high-cost treatment continuation person (severe and continuous)” column of the recipient certificate.

• No. 2 insured persons of long-term care insurance who are certified as requiring long-term care or support (as of April 27, 2022)
• Those who applied for the issuance of a vaccination ticket before the due date due to an underlying disease at the time of the first vaccination.

The ticket for the 4th vaccination will be sent to applicants approximately 2 weeks before the 5th month from the date of the 3rd vaccination. If 5 months have already passed, it will be sent in about 2 weeks from the application.
