      In principle, if a facility user requests to cancel the use of the facility due to the new coronavirus infection, the facility usage fee (usage fee) that has already been paid will be refunded in full. (Including cancellations not based on reasons 1 and 2 above.)

  2. Based on the declaration of a state of emergency, uniform measures such as shortening the opening hours of ward facilities, temporarily reviewing usage fees, etc., and refunding cancellation fees will end on March 21. In addition, we will continue to operate each facility in accordance with requests from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and each guideline.
