From November 1, 2021, 6 diseases were newly added to the diseases subject to disability welfare services based on the "Act for Comprehensive Support for Daily and Social Life of Persons with Disabilities", and from 361 diseases I have 366 diseases.

[Notice: For those who have used a specific disability service for 5 years before reaching the age of 65]
If you use specific welfare services for persons with disabilities for five years until reaching the age of 65 and meet the requirements, users of long-term care insurance services equivalent to the welfare services for persons with disabilities used after the transition to long-term care insurance (April 1, 2018) used after that date) will be reimbursed.

◎ Shizuoka City Life Support Project for Severely Disabled Children (Persons)


Complement short-term admission services based on the Act on Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities in order to support the community life of children (persons) with severe physical and mental disabilities living at home, reduce the burden of nursing care on family members, etc., and restore the family's ability to care for them. As a service, we provide a short stay service at the commuter facility.

About "information linkage" of the My Number system

Full-scale operation began on November 13, 2017 for information linkage using My Number with other municipalities.
In addition to the conventional application documents, you can omit the following attached documents by presenting a document that shows your My Number (personal number) or submitting a copy of it at the application window when applying for disability welfare services and commuter support for disabled children.
