Physically and mentally disabled dependent mutual aid system
A guardian who supports a person with a disability pays a fixed monthly premium during his or her lifetime, so that if the guardian dies or is severely disabled, the person with a disability is covered. This is a voluntary enrollment system that provides a fixed amount of pension for life.

Parents (parents, spouses, brothers and sisters, grandparents, other relatives, etc.) currently supporting a person with disabilities who meet all of the following requirements.
Persons with disabilities who fall under any of the following categories and are recognized as having difficulty in supporting themselves independently in the future. (Age does not matter.)

The amount of the premium is determined according to the subscriber's age as of April 1 of the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31 of the following year) at the time of enrollment (when the number of units is added in the case of additional units).

Please make payments until both of the following "Requirement 1" and "Requirement 2" are met.
If both requirements are met, no further payments are required.
For enrollees, pension administrators and their families ~Regarding procedures after enrolling~If any of the following situations occur after enrolling, please immediately contact the Welfare Office for Persons with Disabilities in the ward where you live.
For those who are receiving a pension - Procedures while receiving a pension -If you have started receiving pension benefits due to the death or severe disability of a participant, and if any of the following events occur, please contact the Disabled Persons Support Section of the welfare office of the ward where you live.
