Awareness survey on food safety and security |
In August 2022, the Sanitation Division, Prefectural Life Division, and Food and Agriculture Promotion Division jointly conducted a "Prefectural Government Internet Monitor Questionnaire" on food safety and security.
○ 83.8% of respondents answered that food safety is reliable, and it has been over 80% for six consecutive years since FY2017.
○ When purchasing food, 79.8% of respondents check the food labeling.
○ While 42.1% of respondents have already used nutrition labeling, 36.0% want to use it but do not know how to use it or how to view it.
○ In order to ensure food safety and security, prefectures are requested to “provide information on food safety,” “strengthen monitoring and guidance for food-related businesses,” and “promote local production for local consumption.” occupied.

A survey conducted on prefectural government internet monitors in order to understand the wishes of prefectural residents and reflect them in prefectural government.
7th (R4.8.9-8.22) 591 respondents (267 men, 321 women, 3 others; men and women in their teens to 80s in the prefecture)
