1 Projects eligible for subsidies Disaster restoration projects for facilities such as the main building, attached facilities, and external structures attached to buildings (only areas that affect the safety management of facilities, such as fences and concrete block walls) *Began prior to national consultations This also applies to businesses that have
*Disinfection/cleaning costs, consumables, equipment such as desks, chairs, computers, etc. due to flooding, vehicle restoration costs, etc. are not covered.

2 Expenses eligible for subsidies Estimated amount of restoration costs required is 800,000 yen or more per case

3 Eligible facilities Support facilities for persons with disabilities, welfare service offices for persons with disabilities, etc. *Please refer to the National Treasury Subsidies for Disaster Recovery Expenses for Social Welfare Facilities, etc.
*If the target facility is a rental property, it is not eligible.

1 Please contact the Disability Welfare Planning Division by noon on October 5 (Wednesday).

2 Please send the following documents to the Disability Welfare Planning Division by email or fax by 17:00 on Tuesday, October 11th.
(1) Damage survey form
*Please send the contract and itemized statement if you plan to start work in advance.
(2) Quotation (for 3 companies)
(3) Layout plan, floor plan (Please enclose in red letters so that the restored parts can be seen)
(4) Photographs before the restoration *If the work is to be started in advance, please also send photographs of the work in progress after the restoration.
