'Others' are those who are registered with VRS as age unknown.
The denominator population is based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications , January 1, 2020 Basic Resident Register Population by age group (by municipality) ' population by five-year age group. (Including non-vaccinated population.)
However, for the population aged 12-14, the population aged 10-14 is multiplied by 3/5, and among the population aged 5-11, those aged 10-11 are multiplied by the population aged 10-14 by 2/5. The 0.5-4 population is the population of the 0-4 age group multiplied by 9/10.
