We will dispatch a team of people with experience in infection control to nursing homes for the elderly where positive cases have occurred, and provide advice on infection control to prevent the spread of infection within the facility.

In this project, we are looking for people with experience in infection control in teams, including doctors or nurses, so please apply if you can cooperate.

We dispatch certified teams as infection control and business continuity support teams to facilities for the elderly, etc., and provide advice on infection control.

Applications must be made as a team consisting of multiple people, including doctors or nurses, but only doctors and nurses can apply individually.

The health center will conduct an examination, and if you meet the certification requirements, you will be registered as an infection control and business continuity support team.

Those who have experience in infection control and business continuity support for new coronavirus infections, and who fall under the following

・Care worker or other staff

*Other medical professionals: pharmacists, clinical laboratory technologists, physical therapists, etc.

*Other staff: Business coordinator (logistics), etc.

1. Dispatch of the infection control and business continuity support team will be decided when the director of the public health center deems it necessary, based on reports of positive cases from facilities for the elderly.

2. The public health center selects the infection control and business continuity support team to be dispatched from among the registered teams, and requests infection control after coordinating the dispatch date and time with facilities for the elderly. At that time, the person in charge of the team will be notified. *Public health center staff may accompany you.

3. After receiving the request, the infection control and business continuity support team will create a prescribed report and submit it to the public health center after conducting infection control at the facility for the elderly.

Four. The public health center will check the contents of the report, and if it is recognized that infection control can be properly implemented at the facility for the elderly, etc., it will pay a reward to the members of the infection control and business continuity support team.

Special nursing homes for the elderly (including community-based types), long-term health care facilities for the elderly, long-term care medical facilities (long-term care medical facilities), communal living care offices for dementia, fee-based nursing homes, etc. Nursing homes for the elderly, low-cost nursing homes, life support houses, housing for the elderly with services, support facilities for people with disabilities, facilities for children with disabilities, communal living support offices, lodging-type independence training offices, recuperative care offices, relief facilities , rehabilitation facilities, etc.

The Infection Control and Business Continuity Support Team will provide advice to elderly care facilities, etc. regarding the following infection control measures.

・Clean (green zone) and unclean (red zone) zoning within the facility

・Hygiene management in eating, bathing, excrement disposal

・Management of disinfection, cleaning and ventilation

・Hygiene management of changing rooms, nap rooms, etc.

・Provide advice when receiving inquiries about infection control from facilities, etc. after implementing infection control measures

The Infection Control and Business Continuity Support Team will seek advice from the public health center by telephone, etc. in the event of any of the following circumstances.

In addition, if you receive advice from the public health center, you will be asked to act based on the content.

・If there are signs of a large-scale cluster outbreak

・When there is a request for confirmation from the facility, etc. to the public health center

・If you need technical and professional advice from a public health center as an infection control and business continuity support team

After being dispatched, the person in charge of the infection control and business continuity support team will be required to promptly submit the "New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Control and Business Continuity Support Team Dispatch Project Report (Form No. 4) at Elderly Institutions. )” to the public health center.

If the public health center confirms the report submitted by the person in charge of the infection control and business continuity support team, and if it is recognized that infection control can be properly implemented at the elderly facility, etc., 1 to the members We will pay the following remuneration per facility.
