In view of the fact that there are cases where it is difficult to secure such facilities, in order to support the continuous provision of welfare services for persons with disabilities that are indispensable for supporting the lives of persons with disabilities and their families, the business establishment has established private rental housing. We will subsidize the expenses related to the rental for a certain period of time as a place for medical treatment of infected people within the budget.

A user who is positive for the new coronavirus infection at a business office (*) located within the city and designated by the city based on the provisions of the Act on Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities. In the event of an outbreak, the business establishment will be newly established for the purpose of using it as a place for medical treatment, isolation, etc. It is a business that rents private rental housing, etc., and actually provides nursing care on the spot based on the characteristics of disabilities such as those who have tested positive. However, if the business concerned is at a business establishment where it is easy to secure a place for medical treatment, isolation, etc.

≪Regarding consumption tax etc.≫
After completing the subsidized project, when the purchase deduction tax amount related to the consumption tax and local consumption tax related to the subsidy is confirmed by the consumption tax and local consumption tax declaration (including cases where the purchase deduction tax amount is 0 yen). Please submit the following report at the latest by June 30 of the year after the year in which the completion date of the subsidized project belongs.
