Payment certificates for long-term care insurance premiums whose payment was confirmed in Motoichi during 2022 (between January 1 and December 31) will be sent out in late January 2023.

Payment certificates will be sent to those who have paid premiums by payment or account transfer during the above period, even if it is only one period, and to those who have been deducted from survivors' pensions and disability pensions.

If you are receiving special collection of premiums from pensions other than survivors' pensions and disability pensions, please check the amount you have paid on the withholding slip sent by your pension insurer.

In addition, for personal information protection, we do not answer the payment amount over the phone.
