Based on Article 52, Paragraph 1 of the Medical Care Act, regarding business reports, etc. that the medical corporation has notified to the competent authority within three months after the end of each fiscal year, from 2022 to March 31, 2022 For medical corporations whose settlement date is the day of , it is now possible to submit notifications in electronic media using the medical institution information support system (hereinafter referred to as "G-MIS").
(It is still possible to submit paper-based notifications from 2022 onwards.)

However, in order for a medical corporation to use G-MIS, it is necessary to provide the necessary information to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in advance and receive the ID and password necessary for using G-MIS from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
