1 About the overview
Recognizing the importance of minimizing the impact of the outbreak of COVID-19 on the system for providing welfare services for persons with disabilities, which is essential to support the lives of children with disabilities and their families. In light of this, in the event that a facility or office related to welfare services for persons with disabilities is infected with a new type of coronavirus infection, etc., thorough measures to prevent the spread of infection will be implemented under urgent and close cooperation with relevant parties. The aim is to provide support so that necessary welfare services for persons with disabilities can be continuously provided through originality and ingenuity. to hold.
* FY2021 expenses (expenses incurred from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022) and part of FY2021 expenses (April 1, 2022 to Reiwa Expenses incurred on September 30, 2014) have closed the application acceptance.
*We are still accepting applications for FY2022 expenses (expenses incurred after October 1, 2022), so please check the following requirements before applying.
*When conducting individual consultations (see "5 Other points to note") for expenses incurred after October 1, 2022, as a general rule, December 28, 2022 due to the schedule of consultations with the government is the deadline for submitting application documents to the city (must arrive). 3 Subsidized Expenses

(1) Expenses related to service continuation support for disability welfare service facilities, offices, etc. At facilities, offices, etc. where infected people with new coronavirus infections, close contacts, etc. occurred, expenses required for disinfecting buildings, staff Expenses necessary to continue the service, such as securing personnel due to infection, etc.
(2) Expenses related to cooperative support with disability welfare service facilities/offices, etc. From the perspective of ensuring necessary services for users of facilities/offices where infected persons have occurred, users from such facilities/offices Expenses necessary for cooperating facilities/offices, such as acceptance, dispatch of support staff to the facilities/offices concerned, etc.
*Regarding the handling of FY2021 expenses, facilities/offices will implement projects in FY2021 based on the Subsidy Grant Guidelines for Service Continuation Support Projects for Disability Welfare Service Providers in Sakai City (established in 2020). However, if you are receiving a subsidy, please note that the subsidy will be up to the amount obtained by subtracting the subsidy amount from the standard unit price.

5 Other notes
(1) Submission of application documents does not guarantee granting of subsidies.
(2) In addition, since this subsidy is implemented within the budget, we do not guarantee subsidy for applications submitted by the above application deadline.
(3) Please note that this subsidy does not apply to compensation related to disability welfare services, etc., or other subsidies, etc.
(4) This subsidy can be received up to the standard unit price per fiscal year for each business listed in (1) or (2) of "3 Expenses eligible for subsidy". This base unit price will be applied to the expenditure year unit of the target expenses. In addition, regarding the handling of FY2021 expenses, facilities/offices will implement projects based on the service continuation support project subsidy grant guidelines (established in 2020) for service providers such as welfare services for persons with disabilities in Sakai City in FY2021. When we carry out and receive subsidy, it becomes subsidy to sum that we subtracted the amount of subsidy concerned from basic unit price and got.
(5) For projects at some facilities and offices related to this subsidy, if it is necessary to subsidize more than the standard unit price due to special circumstances, upon individual consultation with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, if deemed necessary You can subsidize as long as you exceed the standard unit price. *If individual consultations are held for expenses incurred after October 1, 2022, due to the schedule of consultations with the country, as a general rule, December 28, 2022 is the submission of application documents to the city. (6) Evidence materials (receipts, documents showing the expenditure of personnel expenses, etc.) that can confirm the basis of expenses related to subsidized projects are not required as attachments at the application stage in principle. Please be sure to keep it in a safe place, and promptly submit it if requested.
