What is Amail
It is a smartphone application provided by Osaka Prefecture that supports the health of citizens.
By recording your daily health activities such as walking and taking a test, you can not only manage your health, but also collect points and win electronic money.
Anyone over the age of 18 living in Osaka Prefecture can participate.

How to participate for those who do not have a smartphone
You can participate with a paid dedicated pedometer (2,750 yen (including tax and shipping)).

Subsidizing the purchase of dedicated pedometers
Eligibility: Participants in Toyonaka City's National Health Insurance who are 18 years old or older Contents: A subsidy of 1,375 yen, which is equivalent to half of the purchase cost of a pedometer of 2,750 yen (including tax and shipping) .

Subsidizing the purchase of a pedometer dedicated to “Athmail”
Notes
- Participation in "Osaka Kenkatsu Mileage (Asmile)" is a condition for purchasing a dedicated pedometer.
- The subsidy will be processed after purchasing the dedicated pedometer. For the procedure, you will need a receipt from when you purchased the pedometer by "cash on delivery".
Toyonaka Citizen Limited Points
Toyonaka citizens only (Toyonaka City members) have points on the health app "Athmail" provided by Osaka Prefecture.
Accumulated points can be exchanged for electronic money or QUO cards.
You will automatically be registered as a member of Toyonaka City only by completing the official registration procedure.
No separate procedure is required to become a member of Toyonaka City.

Final grant date: February 1, 2023 (January 31 results)
* Blood pressure points and walking points from February 1st to March 31st will be given collectively after April of the following year.
Point type
(1) Blood pressure point
Eligibility: All Toyonaka citizens over the age of 18
Contents: If you enter your blood pressure measurement results into the app, you can earn 5 points once a day.
Notes
Even if you measure multiple times in a day, only the input for the day will be reflected in the points.
You can record the measurement results retroactively, but please note that points will not be awarded.

(2) Walking points
Eligibility: All Toyonaka citizens over the age of 18
Contents: If you achieve the prescribed number of steps per day, you can earn 10 points once a day.
You can check the achievement status of the number of steps on the top screen of the Athmile app.
The prescribed number of steps conforms to the conditions for earning prefectural points.

In order to measure the number of steps, it is necessary to link the pedometer app and the Asmile app.

(3) Citizen medical examination, specific medical examination, medical checkup
Target: Toyonaka City National Health Insurance subscribers in their 30s to 50s
Contents: You can earn 1,000 points when you undergo a citizen medical examination, a specific medical examination, or a comprehensive medical examination.
It will be granted automatically as soon as the city confirms the results of the examination.
Notes
- Medical checkups are limited to those subsidized by the Toyonaka City National Health Insurance.
- It will take several months before the points are awarded because of the work after confirming the medical examination results.
- The time when National Health Insurance points are granted may differ.

About redemption
- 1 point = 1 yen equivalent.
- It takes about 1 to 2 months (2 to 3 months for d POINTs) to receive electronic money after selecting a benefit.
- The QUO card will be mailed to your home. It takes about 1-2 months after selecting the benefits.
- Final date for awarding points: February 1, 2023 (for January 31 results)

Target: National Health Insurance subscribers of municipalities in Osaka Prefecture over the age of 40 Details: You can receive points that can be exchanged for electronic money worth up to 3,000 yen for specific medical examinations.

At Asmile, if you participate in a point-giving event, you will receive 100 to 500 “event points”.
"Event points" can be used as prefectural points to participate in weekly special lotteries and monthly special lotteries held by Osaka Prefecture.
