In Osaka City, each ward has set up a Home Medical Care/Nursing Counseling Support Office, and is developing activities to promote collaboration between medical care and nursing care.

In this debriefing session, we will introduce the activities of the Counseling Support Office along with a keynote speech on the "Regional Comprehensive Care System."

All professionals are welcome to participate.
