How to prepare school lunch

We offer a school lunch menu that incorporates Karushio's way of thinking!

* Karushio is a new way of thinking about reducing salt, which is recommended by the national circulation to “use a little salt to bring out the deliciousness”.

Karushio Daisakusen Efforts Introduction

From 1/17 (Tuesday), "gourmet low-salt menu" will be available for elementary school lunches! !

We have been researching menus with the aim of creating delicious school lunches that are low in salt and that children will enjoy. The menu is finally offered at school lunch. We will teach children and their parents about the “Karushio Daisakusen” so that delicious school lunches can naturally be reduced in salt, and that this will spread to home eating habits.

The menus that appear in school lunches in January include garland chrysanthemum and sweet potato tempura, mackerel simmered in ginger, root vegetable curry and rice, hijiki simmered, and koya tofu simmered.

I made a video until the Karushio arrangement menu is made

Introducing the behind the scenes of menu development along with the thoughts of the person in charge. Please take a look!
